i lst another 2lbs =D
So i’ve been feeling like sh*t lately, as per usual, but i just weighed myself thinking i had gained some weight but i actually lost some! the last time i weighd myself was 3 days ago and on 2 of those days i ate like… maybe 100 calories i had some jello on the 1st day and some jello and 2-3 almonds on the second and was working 10 hour days during that so i guess that’s why i lost it =]] now i’m feeling better, still down but less than before. in the last week i went from 147.8 to 148.8 (gained 1 lbs which started the 2 day fast thing) and now to 146.6.
I don’t think anyone reads these but if you do and wanna email me i’d like that. it’d make my day =]]
